Leroy's were wonderful. Their caregiver Nancy Smith was terrific - caring, professional, and creative when needed in caring for my mother in her last years. They worked well with our insurance company and with my mother's many doctors.

Leroy’s Professional Homecare has been a lifesaver. As I live 3000 miles away from my mother, it is been extremely comforting to have Leroy and his aides assisting my mother. They are very competent, caring and good about communicating to the family about how she is doing. They not only take care of her needs without being asked, they anticipate whatever they can do to make her life more comfortable and secure. They continue to surprise me by how much they are aware of her health needs, support her recovery in whatever way possible, and never hesitate to go the extra mile to make sure my mother has the best possible quality of life.

My Mother-in-Law started working with Leroy and his team several years ago for part-time in-home assistance and raved about the care she received. As she’s gotten older (95) and progressed to round the clock care due to a broken hip and arm we are so grateful to have Leroy, Juliet and Chantal to take care of her needs. Leroy’s Professional Home Care Service was recommended to us during my husband’s short battle with Stage 4 Pancreatic Cancer. He was in the hospital getting very poor care and because of the pandemic was unable to have visitors. With the help of Leroy and his team we were able to get my husband home to live out his last few days in the comfort of his own home with his family and loved ones around him. Leroy and his staff cared for my husband as though he was a member of their own families and provided the comfort and support that not only my husband needed, but that I and my children needed too. Leroy brought a lot of positivity, lightness, and joy into the home whenever he stopped by. He checked up in person, daily on the health of the patient, as well as on his staff. He made sure both the family and his employees were in a good situation and were an appropriate match for one another. While all of the aids he provided were competent and professional, we were fortunate to work with one who had truly exceptional bedside manner and intuition. We asked that they treat our loved one as they would their own and they delivered.

After interviewing several agencies, we instantly knew we found a perfect match when we met Leroy. He and his team are knowledgeable, professional, patient and genuinely caring. On numerous occasions they have gone above and beyond to make my 93 year old Father-in-Law comfortable and happy.
